Namaste! My name is Aditi and I’m here to help you find the confidence you need to feel
Aditi Ameya Hate, a native of the vibrant city of Mumbai, India, brings a unique perspective shaped by her middle-class upbringing. Fueled by dreams and an unyielding work ethic, Aditi has consistently pursued her ambitions. Her union with Ameya, her cherished confidant and partner, has provided unwavering support for her professional journey. The backing of her parents and in-laws has also been instrumental in her path to success. At 36, Aditi radiates positivity and a zest for life. Her seven-year-old daughter, a wellspring of inspiration, actively contributes to Aditi’s professional pursuits. 😊
In her formative years, Aditi grappled with various health challenges, including typhoid, malaria, thrombophlebitis, jaundice, and tuberculosis. Throughout it all, her mother stood as an unshakable pillar of strength. Additionally, Aditi was born with a scoliosis condition, resulting in a 5% deviation in her spinal cord’s base, a revelation that surfaced during her final year of college. Heeding her doctor’s advice, she embraced a regimen of exercises to maintain her spinal health, recognizing the potential long-term implications.
Confronting life’s adversities underscored the paramount importance of fitness, encompassing both physical and mental well-being. For the past five years, Aditi has embraced a disciplined routine, commencing her day at 4 a.m. Her mornings are dedicated to meditation, pranayama, and asanas, culminating in the breathtaking spectacle of the rising sun. Without exception, she immerses herself in the serenity of these beautiful beginnings. Following her morning ritual, Aditi attends to her family, ensuring their well-being. Thereafter, she seamlessly transitions into her professional commitments after safely seeing her daughter off to the bus stop.
How I started career in yoga
Welcome to the world of holistic wellness with Aditi, a dedicated fitness enthusiast and seasoned yoga teacher. With a foundation in rational and scientific thinking, I embarked on this journey armed with a master’s degree in Dietetics and Food Service Management, complemented by a certification in ISO 22000:2005 Lead Auditor. As my passion for health, fitness, and inner peace grew, I discovered my true calling, culminating in the completion of the Certified Ashtanga Yoga Trainer program at Abhinam Yoga Centre, affiliated with Yoga Alliance, UK.
Since then, my journey has been one of unwavering commitment. For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my expertise as a yoga teacher in Dubai, operating under my own brand – YOG WITH ADITI. My offerings encompass a wide range, from Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga to Restorative Yoga, Chair yoga, pre-natal, and post-natal yoga. In my quest to foster a healthier society rooted in inner peace, I’ve transcended boundaries of nationality, gender, age, culture, and profession. My clientele spans corporates, children, personal training, and group sessions.
My approach to yoga and meditation is holistic and personalized, extending beyond physical poses to facilitate a deep connection with one’s inner self. This journey leads to emotional stability, a calm mind, and a profound understanding of one’s subtle anatomy. I emphasize alignment, balance, breath, and energy flow to heal the body and liberate the spirit. Through attentive observation, I’ve assisted numerous students and clients in overcoming various challenges, including joint pain, obesity, stress, and eating disorders. My interaction with children has also been enriching, as I witness the transformative power of yoga in enhancing concentration, managing stress and anxiety, fostering personality development, and nurturing positive energy and emotional strength.
From humble beginnings with a single personal yoga client, I now proudly serve a community of over 60 individuals, and this journey is just beginning. As a co-author of the book “Healthful Diet” alongside Dr. Jagannath Dixit, published in English, Marathi, and Hindi, the experience of contributing to this project was immensely gratifying.
Recently honored with the title of “Mrs. UAE International Fitness Queen” in the prestigious Mrs. UAE International Beauty Pageant Season 4, I am more motivated than ever to extend my reach globally. Numerous exciting projects are in the pipeline, all geared towards making a positive impact on as many lives as possible. I find true happiness in working with people, engaging in meaningful interactions, and empowering individuals to realize their fullest potential.
Beyond the realm of yoga, I am an avid traveler, finding inspiration in exploring different countries. Music, drawing and painting, reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and celebrating festivals with family and friends are some of life’s simple pleasures that I wholeheartedly enjoy. 😊
Giving back to the society
Grounded and deeply connected to my roots, I believe in the importance of giving back to society. My passion lies in supporting those who aspire to achieve their dreams but face obstacles due to limited resources and financial constraints, particularly children in need. This commitment led me to collaborate with the Vowel of the Peoples’ Association (VOPA), an organization dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged.
Presently, I am actively engaged in crafting a structured yoga syllabus tailored to these young minds. Through this program, I impart knowledge about yoga poses and their significance in a systematic manner. Witnessing the progress and hearing about their accomplishments fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment – an invaluable reward.
Every year, I identify one or two children who fall below the poverty line, irrespective of gender, and extend a helping hand to nurture their aspirations and pave the way for their future.

What is Yoga According to Me?
Yoga, in its essence, is a profound science that originated in ancient India. It is a path towards self-realization, inner peace, and holistic well-being. According to me, Yoga encompasses several facets:

Yoga is the union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness.
Balancing Energy and Chakras
Through various asanas and pranayama , Yoga helps in balancing the flow of energy within the body, ensuring vitality and equilibrium.
Mindfulness and Awareness
Yoga encourages us to be present in the moment, to observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without attachment or judgment.
Strengthening the Physical Body
Yoga postures not only enhance flexibility and strength but also promote a healthy spine, improved posture, and overall physical well-being.
Cultivating Inner Peace
Through meditation and relaxation techniques, Yoga helps in quieting the mind and finding a profound sense of inner peace
Promoting Emotional Well-being
Yoga aids in managing stress, anxiety, and depression by regulating the nervous system and releasing endorphins, the 'feel-good' hormones
