Ashtanga Vinyasa flow (Iyengar)

Hatha

Recently I joined 21 days yoga challenge by Aditi and must say it was one of the Best yoga experience.I really want to thank Aditi for the efforts and assistance throughout the training. Aditi is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga.Each class was very energising yet totally calming and there’s always something new to learn.Even though its a virtual session she makes an effort to direct and guide each one in the class.Aditi is an attentive as well as kind and compassionate teacher who adapts every pose to work for everyone during her yoga sessions. Really appreciate her hardwork and patience.I have learnt a lot about different yoga poses, alignment and how to enter into any pose using various techniques etc.I highly recommend “Yoga with Aditi” to be holistically fit and healthy.

Hi Aditi,It’s almost a one and half year since I joined your yoga class and I must say that I made the right choice.Initially due to my health issues I missed few classes but as our classes continued, my health improved, and I started attending the classes regularly. Initially my body was very stiff, but slowly it started becoming more flexible. Doing yoga regularly I can feel the difference in me, when I started yoga, while doing asnas I used to shake a lot, gradually my strength improved an I felt so amazing that on international yoga day I could perform 70 Suryanamaskar’s, which I had never imagined that I could do it. These classes have gave me confidence & strength, I got to know my body more effectively.Your teaching method has generated more interest in class, in past I had never done breathing exercise but now I understand the real value & importance of the same.Your skills of finding weak areas of individual and working on that has worked out very well for me. The way you motivated us gave me confidence that “yes I can do it” I also learned and experienced importance of body posture. Sometimes I used to come to our class with low energy but while exiting class I used to be charged up. Not just your teaching skills but energetic personality is boosting our energies.My journey to yoga has just started, I learned yoga is not just doing asanaas, it’s about working on our inner world too.I am very glad that I have started this journey with you and looking forward to continue the same.
